Questions
- Is there a limit on clients or staff?
- No. Add as many clients, preparers and documents as your practice needs.
- How do we pay?
- By card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay, from inside your workspace. You get a receipt each time.
- What happens when we switch plans?
- The new plan starts from your current paid-until date, so you never pay twice for the same days.
- What if we stop paying?
- After a 7-day grace period your workspace is paused, not deleted. Your team and clients can't sign in until it's renewed, and your data stays intact.
- Can we export our data?
- Yes. Owners can export clients and invoices to CSV at any time, and download any document.
- Do you work with firms outside India?
- Yes. Workspaces can run in US mode (IRS forms, dollars, April deadline) or India mode (ITR, rupees, July deadline).
